Damon gives an interview,
David Coulthard claims pole ahead of team-mate
Mika.
Mika retired early on, but the McLaren
advantage
was so great, the beer so strong,
and the weather so hot, that we could almost
have dozed off as David pulled away.
But with 12 laps to go, Michael started eating
into
his lead, until it became almost exciting.
Too little too late however, and David came home
for a victory, the Ferraris second and third.
